Representatives of the INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION OF NABIJON ABDULLAEV had, on July 14th 2005, successfully concluded a Memorandum of Agreement with Nilai International College, for the purpose of
securing places for students from Central Asia to pursue their tertiary education at the college. The college is located approximately 75 km south of Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia.

IFNA representatives were given the opportunity to visit the college and to be briefed by its academic and management staff of the college activities. The team was welcomed by Mr. Gan Eng Hong, Vice President
for Administration of the college.

The visit has been beneficial to IFNA as it provides worthy inputs for aspiring students from Central Asia to seek higher education in Malaysia. To attest to the popularity of the college among foreigners, almost 45% of the total number of students currently enrolled at the college are foreign students. The current student
enrollment is 2,500 students.

IFNA WORLD IS ON TRACK TO ASSIST STUDENTS FROM COMMONWEALTH INDEPENDENT STATES TO SECURE THEIR STUDIES IN MALAYSIA

IFNA is well on track to boost the number of students from CIS countries to start a studying in Malaysian Institutions of Higher Learning.

In anticipation of this assistance, IFNA led by its Chairman Mrs. Abdullaeva had on 13th October 2004 called upon the Executive Chairman of Stamford College, Dato Hj. Abdul Halim Hj. Samad, to discuss the proposed admission of students of IFNA. A decision on the choice of colleges and courses will only be made after the visit of IFNA's management scheduled in December.

The success of this collaboration will see a greater number of students from Tajikistan pursuing tertiary studies in Malaysia and hopefully, this will pave the way for students from other countries in the Central Asian region to do likewise. Also present during the discussion was Mr. Kumar Menon, Senior Director (Special Projects) of Stamford College.
